What is ULC2020.org?The Urban Libraries Council has built a members-only online forum that engages all levels and types of ULC members - directors, trustees, corporate CEOs, mid-level managers, state library association staff, and new librarians - in "what if" conversations and trend analysis. ULC2020.org will:
